Green Buildings In Singapore

Tampines Concourse is one out of the many green buildings in Singapore. To reduce the amount of carbon dioxide emission, this is one of the first building project which was constructed using Green Concrete. The building also provides an eco-cool system for the office and lift lobby at 26 degrees, which saves 41,8999KWh/yr. There are a few attractions such as the Green Roof Area too. The building has also used nano-coating which is applied on waterless urinals, which saves water, cleaning agents and manpower. It also uses natural lighting in Atrium and the use of sun pipes in toilets are also integrated with photocell sensors. The last green feature of this building is that the building also uses non-chemical anti-termite treatment! Therefore, Tampines Concourse is a great example of a Green Building in Singapore as it is eco-friendly.
