The hotel's Art Science Museum is designed in a specific way that it is able to collect rainwater which can be converted to the hotel's source of water for their toilets. They also have self-closing taps and constant flow regulators to minimise water wastage. Reducing the consumption of water with a rough estimate of 350 million liters per year. With that being said, the hotel requires significantly less power for their air condition system due to it's innovative water-cooled chiller system. Heat emitted from the chiller is consumed by the building's heat pumps. Which is converted to the heated water for restaurants and showers. Thus, minimising energy consumption.
